For our developer team, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and understanding requirements engineer who wishes to set new standards in software development.

Your mission

You identify the requirements for modern and scalable software solutions and ensure that business needs are translated into clear, understandable, and feasible requirements. You accompany the entire software life cycle - from the initial idea and requirements analysis to design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and operation. You guarantee a common understanding of requirements, challenge existing processes, and thus create the basis for solutions that are business-convincing and technically feasible.

Your tasks

• As an interface between the business and development, you ensure that a consensus is reached from ideas and requirements
• You are very close to the client, understand their needs, and get actively involved
• You structure and translate requirements so that they are clear, understandable, and feasible for all stakeholders
• You ask questions, challenge, and maintain an overview of planning, objectives, communication, quality management, as well as client and expectation management

What you bring

• Studies in business informatics or computer science (HF, FH, Uni, ETH) and/or apprenticeship in computer science
• Approximately four years of professional experience as a Product Owner, requirements engineer, IT project manager, or in a similar position
• You possess a deep understanding of ERP as well as experience with BPMN 2.0 processes
• An IREB certification is an advantage
• You are a curious and communicative person, capable of staying calm in all situations
• You are willing to travel
• Fluency in German completes your profile
