In our Kita Sunnige Hof we offer around 50 childcare places for children from 4 months to kindergarten age across 4 groups. Our team currently comprises 18 dedicated employees, supported by a kitchen team that prepares fresh meals daily, as well as a full-time vocational training officer who trains our apprentices. We are looking for per per immediately or by arrangement a childcare professional (FaBeK) to support us in the childcare area of a baby group. The workload is 80% - 100%. Your tasks: Care and promotion of the children together with another FaBeK and 2-3 apprentices in a standard group with a maximum of 10 or 12 children from 4 months to approx. 2 years Key person work: support in everyday life, designing the daily routine, door and gate conversations, settling-in periods, parent conversations, cooperation with external specialist agencies, portfolio work and work with the Mini-KiDiT, designing wall documentation, parent/child events Teamwork: planning and conducting the group meeting, participation in specialist and FaBe meetings What you bring with you: A completed, recognized pedagogical education (FaBeK with EFZ or equivalent) At least 1-2 years of professional experience as a FaBeK Joy in working with babies and toddlers An open and empathetic attitude Resilience, flexibility and a positive aura Experience in portfolio work and educational work is an advantage Fluent German, oral and written We offer you: Employment conditions according to kibesuisse Excellent social benefits 2 continuing education days per year and the possibility to participate in the certificate course "Fachperson Säuglinge und Kleinstkinder" or the studies HF Kindheitspädagogik 5 weeks of vacation as well as an additional day off on your birthday Subsidy for the costs of a public transport subscription Free use of the fitness room in the residential complex Very good accessibility with public transport (tram line 7, Stettbach station within walking distance) We value professional behavior and appearance and expect the willingness to work constantly on quality development with the team.
