Production Manager Metal Construction 100% (m/f) # What you will do ## • Leadership and further development of the employees in our metal construction department • Responsibility for production planning and a smooth production process • Management of optimization projects for the continuous improvement of production processes • Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and productivity • Introduction and further development of key figures for production control • Implementation of LEAN methods and continuous process improvements • Close cooperation with the departments of AVOR, sales, logistics, and other interfaces What you bring with you ## • Completed basic technical training with further training in the field of production, mechanical engineering, or comparable • Several years of experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in metal or window construction • Leadership experience in a production environment • Knowledge in Lean Management and process optimization • Analytical and structured way of working • High level of initiative, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality What awaits you ## • A responsible leadership function with scope for design • A committed team as well as short decision-making paths • Innovative, future-oriented family business, managed in the 3rd generation, world market leader in steel systems • Corporate culture characterized by responsibility and trust • Modern employment conditions (see "Karriere" under jansen.com)  ## Interested?
