Our profile

• Our family house with a rustic style, with charm and personal atmosphere in the Valais style, offers a very busy à la carte restaurant with a loyal international clientele, located in a prime location. The restaurant has 60 seats inside and in winter an après-ski bar as well as 30 terrace seats in summer. We also offer three double rooms, where guests are served breakfast in the morning. Our menu ranges from simple Swiss dishes to creations of classic, seasonal and regional specialties, to beef tartare prepared at the table and chateaubriand. Our demanding and international customers in winter are as welcome as hikers seeking relaxation in summer. Our offer is completed by a wide selection of selected Valais wines. Our team consists of 15 people: two in management, six in the kitchen, two housekeepers/buffet agents, four waiters/waitresses and one multi-purpose person for service/buffet.

Your profile

• For these tasks, we expect from you completed training and several years of professional experience.

Experience, ideally also in a larger à la carte establishment, is desirable. You speak German and English. Independent work, pleasure in the profession, a neat and clean presentation as well as flexibility and stress resistance are indispensable. A sense of teamwork as well as a customer-oriented and friendly attitude are of course required.
