As Team Leader, you lead your service team for heat and PV systems and actively develop the department further. You question existing processes, optimize them, and create clear, efficient structures – so that service, maintenance, and repairs function reliably and smoothly. YOUR TASKS You optimize processes and work processes and structure the department. You lead and coordinate our service team for heat and PV systems. You are responsible for the After Sales PV area. You plan and schedule service, maintenance, and repair deployments. You ensure service quality and keep appointments. You are the contact person for customers, employees, authorities, and suppliers. WHAT YOU BRING In-depth knowledge from the heat industry – e.g., as a heating or sanitary installer or service technician. Experience with heat pumps, solar collectors, or wood-fired systems. Initial leadership experience and the willingness to take responsibility for a team. Structured, independent work, organizational talent, secure handling of MS Office. Very good German language skills in word and writing. Knowledge in the field of photovoltaics (PV) is an advantage – we will teach you the necessary know-how.
