Logistics Planner (m/f/d)

Introduction

Do you like to plan ahead, keep deadlines and stocks under control, and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time? For our client, we are looking for you as a Logistics Planner. You coordinate material flows from goods receipt to shipment - efficiently, reliably and in the interest of our customers.

Tasks

• Planning & Schedule Control: check requirements, schedule orders, monitor deadlines, identify and resolve bottlenecks early
• Goods Receipt to Shipment: coordinate goods in/out, coordinate picking and packaging, organize collections/deliveries
• Transport & Freight Forwarding: secure freight space, advise collections, plan routes/transports; interface to freight forwarders and internal departments
• Inventory Management: keep target stocks and ranges in view, initiate transfers, accompany inventories/cycle counts, clarify differences
• Order & Delivery Note Control: check documents, rectify deviations, book feedback cleanly
• Key Figures & Quality: track delivery reliability, throughput times, inventory turnover; analyze causes and derive measures

Profile

• Completed basic training, e.g., Logistiker/in EFZ or Kaufmann/-frau EFZ with experience in logistics/planning
• Professional experience in planning/freight forwarding/shipping in an industrial or commercial environment
• Confident in using ERP/WMS and hand scanners; practiced data entry and clean documentation
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working; strong communication skills, team-oriented and resilient
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
