Regional Director (a) Workplace Geneva Activity rate 100 % Start date to be agreed What awaits you <br /> • Uniting all managers and employees of the region to create a dynamic and engaging work environment • Ensuring the follow-up of team development, by offering continuous support to promote their professional evolution • Being a strategic advisor for the team, intervening as needed to overcome operational challenges • Defining and implementing the strategy aiming for the long-term growth of the region • Initiating and leading projects for performance improvement and customer satisfaction • Implementing ISS objectives in order to guarantee exceptional service delivery • Actively managing customer relations and ensuring their sustainable development • Acting as an ambassador for ISS with customers in the Geneva region • Ensuring the proper development of the customer portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities • Intervening as a mediator if necessary to guarantee customer satisfaction • Being responsible for the achievement of the objectives set by ISS Suisse and Romandie • Defining and respecting the budgets allocated to the region • Monitoring monthly financial results, controlling and analyzing costs • Implementing actions aimed at improving the profitability and financial efficiency of the region <br /> What you bring <br /> • Holder of a university degree in management • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position with a strong customer orientation • Excellent professional network, ideally in the field of Facility Management • Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of English and/or German, a strong asset • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease • Open-minded personality, with a strong capacity for resilience in the face of challenges • Comfortable in complex, changing and demanding environments • Strong appetite for dynamic professional contexts • Constructive approach to fluctuations inherent to the business sector • Excellent analytical, synthesis and perspective-taking skills • Great resistance to stress <br /> Ready for us?
