The Fondation Addiction Valais¦Sucht Wallis is the cantonal reference for addictions. It offers specialized support to any person facing addictive behavior (with or without substance), as well as to their loved ones. It is composed of five counseling and support centers, one day center, three residential centers, socio-educational support services at home, and central services. The Foundation is inspired by the recovery model, through an individualized approach built with each and every individual.

Operations Agent

Your responsibility:

Reporting to the head of the technical service, you contribute to the smooth running, maintenance, and security of our 10 sites, including 3 residential centers and 1 day center.

Your main missions

• Ensure the routine maintenance of buildings, installations, outdoor spaces, and equipment.
• Perform small repairs and technical interventions within your skills.
• Monitor the condition of infrastructures and report malfunctions or needs for intervention.
• Ensure the minor maintenance of vehicles, machines, and equipment.
• Participate in the maintenance of outdoor spaces, waste management, and seasonal work.
• Contribute to the smooth running of safety installations and equipment.
• Welcome and accompany external service providers during their interventions.
• Participate in the monitoring and inventory of material, furniture, and equipment.
• Respond to intervention requests from the various sites and collaborate with center managers and teams.

Your profile:

• CFC Operations Agent
• Good practical skills and technical versatility.
• Autonomy, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Sense of service and ease in contact with various interlocutors.
• Category B driving license, trailer license, and cherry picker license.
• Availability to intervene on several sites.
