Your tasks
Daily recording of payment receipts and entry of transactions
Examine creditor documents and execute payment orders
Prepare monthly invoices and process reminders
Collect cash credits from clients at the counter and bill fees
Collaborate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Provide substitution for the accountant of the Office des faillites du Jura bernois - Seeland, agence du Jura bernois -Seeland
Your profile
Initial commercial training or equivalent training
Accounting knowledge required, experience in the field of LP desired
Precise and autonomous work, good comfort with numbers
Very good oral and written expression in French (C2), good knowledge of German (level B1 at least)
Good reputation (no debt collection proceedings)
