The D4 Business Village in Root is a modern business campus of Suva, which offers offices and other services such as gastronomy, childcare and conference rooms. Do you enjoy tinkering with technical solutions and keeping our ventilation and air conditioning systems running reliably in the D4 Business Village? Then you have come to the right place.

What you achieve

• You monitor, maintain and repair our technical systems with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• You analyze faults systematically and resolve them independently.
• You support the team with further tasks in technical Facility Management, for example in the areas of heating, sanitary or small electrical repairs.
• You accompany and coordinate the work of external tradespeople as well as maintenance companies.
• With your colleague, you ensure fault rectification outside of business hours during on-call service.

What you bring with you

• You have completed basic training in the field of building technology, preferably with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning technology.
• You bring several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning systems (RLT systems) as well as in general building management.
• As a service-oriented personality, you bring the willingness and flexibility to perform on-call service approximately once a month.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and appreciate working in a team.
