These are your tasks

• Independent support of an assigned customer base of property management companies and homeowners
• Telephone and written problem-solving with property management companies, tenants, and condominium owners
• Creation of consumption-dependent energy, water, and service charge statements

This is what you bring with you

• Commercial basic training or basic training from the service or technical industry (with experience in the commercial field)
• Confident oral and written expression in German
• Proficient in handling MS-Office applications
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in dealing with numbers
• Motivation and joy of learning
