The Alters- und Pflegeheim Risi is a loving home with a view for 105 elderly people. For our care team, we are looking for a empathetic, responsible and resilient person as Pflegefachperson (50-100 %) m/w/d Being there with heart and mind – making a difference in the daily life of our residents Tasks – meaningful and with heart: • Holistic care and support of home residents • Planning, implementation and evaluation of care processes • Assessment and documentation of care needs • Administration of medication and implementation of medically prescribed measures • Observation of the state of health and initiation of suitable measures • Support and care with activities of daily life • Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and other professionals You bring: • Completed training as a health professional EFZ, certified nurse or equivalent • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • High social competence and empathy • Resilience, flexibility as well as team and communication skills • Patient- and resource-oriented action • Good knowledge of German in word and writing • Joy in professional and appreciative care We offer: • Appreciative working atmosphere with lived du-culture from the application process onwards • A meaningful task in a motivated team • Contemporary working conditions and opportunities for further education • Diverse personnel events and attractive employee benefits Do you want to accompany and support older people in their daily lives with heart and commitment?
