Multi-skilled Operator (M/F)

Recognized as a major player in the graphic industry sector in Suisse romande, our printing company pursues its development at its St-Imier site with pragmatism and method. With around thirty employees, it focuses its development axes on printing for major watchmakers and the pharmaceutical industry.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Multi-skilled Operator at 100%

No experience in printing is required, we will train you!

Missions:

• Ensure the output of production machines: reception, visual control and packaging of products
• Supply machines with materials (paper, cardboard) and prepare pallets
• Participate in adjustments, cleaning and routine maintenance of machines
• Provide your help to different workshops according to needs (cutting, finishing, shipping)
• Handling, loading and unloading of trucks, respect for safety, quality and deadline instructions

Your profile:

• Comfortable with mechanics: you like to understand how a machine works and to get stuck in
• Training or experience in a technical or manual field (mechanics, industry, garage, agriculture, construction…), an asset
• A first experience in industrial production is a plus, but not an obligation
• Neat and precise work, good physical condition for carrying loads
• Reliable, punctual, with a good team spirit and the desire to learn
• Good understanding of French to follow work instructions

Working hours:

• Day work
• Night work in 3x8 according to needs
