Polymechanic with leadership experience and automation

Activity

• Leading two teams in production
• Securing production goals regarding quality, deadlines, safety and costs
• Accompanying and promoting employees in their daily work
• Coordinating capacities and personnel deployments with AVOR and planning
• Helping to shape new technologies and automation in production

Requirements

• Technical-mechanical basic training, ideally further training in production technology or business administration FH/HF
• Several years of practice in mechanical production
• Leadership experience as a team leader, group leader, shift leader or deputy
• Good knowledge of CNC processes and CAM systems
• User knowledge in MS Office, SAP knowledge would be desirable
