The SELFRAG AG is a worldwide leading company in high-voltage pulse technology. In our new Centro Due facility in Kerzers, from the end of 2026, waste will be transformed into valuable resources. As part of the circular economy, we recover high-quality metals and minerals from slag and thus make an active contribution to environmental protection. To build up our new team, we are looking for a Machine Operator / Excavator Driver 100% (m/w/d) in Kerzers (CH) from September 1, 2026. Your main tasks are: Operation of excavators, wheel loaders, and forklifts Feeding and supporting the facility using an excavator Control, sorting, and loading tasks Carrying out smaller maintenance and servicing work on machines Operation of hall cranes / loading cranes Support in case of malfunctions and in material flow in the facility Working in a 2-3 shift operation Your profile: Experience: You have several years of professional experience as an excavator driver, machine operator, or in a similar field. Ideally, experience with hall crane operation. Know-how: You have a safe handling of excavators as well as technical understanding and routine in the plant environment. Requirements: You have a forklift and machine operator's license, a driver's license is an advantage. Personality: You bring team skills, quick grasp, and flexibility, convince through good communication skills and polished manners, and are a motivated, reliable, and independent personality who enjoys new and challenging tasks.
