Introduction

For our client, an established institution in the field of rehabilitation, we are looking for a committed individual as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ. In this role, you will support the care of patients in a specialized rehab environment and work closely with registered nurses.

Tasks

• Support in the care and supervision of patients in everyday rehabilitation life
• Participation in the implementation of nursing processes in close cooperation with registered nurses
• Taking over organizational, logistical, and housekeeping tasks in station operations
• Contribution to promoting a smooth workflow in everyday nursing care
• Assistance in the guidance of trainees in the healthcare sector
• Cooperation with various specialist departments for optimal patient care

Profile

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Open, empathetic, and cooperative attitude in dealing with patients and the team
• High level of commitment
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Careful and responsible way of working
• Interest in participating in a specialized nursing environment
