• 11 June 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • German (Intermediate), French (Fluent) • Aarbergergasse 61, 3011 Bern • Log in to see the salary estimate on jobup.ch For the central secretariat of ATE Suisse in Bern, we are looking for a Responsable RH (80%) What you do with us: • You are entirely responsible for operational and strategic HR processes • You ensure compliance with legal provisions and personnel regulations • In collaboration with team leaders, you are in charge of recruitment processes, from job posting to contract signing • You are the contact person for our approximately 70 employees for all personnel-related questions • You advise and support management and cantonal sections on all personnel, management, and development-related questions • You are responsible for personnel promotion and the training of a commercial apprentice • With the support of the accounting department, you manage all social insurance-related questions and the entire personnel administration What you bring: • You hold a federal certificate as an HR specialist or equivalent training • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of human resources, preferably in the non-profit and/or associative sector • You are a communicative and open person with good negotiating skills and assertiveness • Your native language is French or German, and you have very good knowledge of the other language • You have an affinity for digital solutions and master MS Office as well as ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SwissSalary would be an asset) You identify with the objectives of ATE What we can offer you: • A versatile HR function with great freedom of action • A appreciative work environment and short decision-making processes • Modern employment conditions, rewarded with the label "Reconciliation between professional and private life" • Flexible working conditions, including the possibility of teleworking If you have questions, Stéphanie Penher (Managing Director) will be happy to answer them at 031 328 58 56.
