We manage AMAG garages, Carrosserie Centers, and Centres Occasions, for reliable and personalized service. To strengthen our AMAG Nyon Champ Colin body shop team, we are looking for a Body Shop Manager (M/F) 80-100% who actively supports our body shop service. Body Shop Manager (M/F) 100% # Your tasks ## • Team management: You manage the local body shop teams • Customer orientation and continuous improvement: You are responsible for customer satisfaction and the improvement of our processes • Operational support: You support the body technicians in their tasks when necessary • Interdisciplinary collaboration: You collaborate closely with the mechanical workshop, after-sales service, and sales • Safety and compliance: You are the guarantor of safety rules and procedures Your profile ## • Specialized training: You have completed a CFC training as a body mechanic, panel beater, painter, or equivalent training • Technical expert: You have experience in a similar position as well as in managing a large team • Interpersonal skills: You demonstrate a great sense of communication and know how to develop trusting relationships with customers and employees • Master of quality: You have a keen sense of quality, you carry out your work with precision and you distinguish yourself by a proactive and solution-oriented approach • Positive mentality: You are resilient, manage constraints constructively and always maintain an optimistic mindset.
