Your tasks: Processing personal, written, and telephone inquiries at the HR Service-Desk Creating employment contracts, contract amendments, and confirmations Administration of the entire entry and exit process Creating employment and interim certificates using the certificate tool Processing accident/sickness absences Registration/deregistration with social insurance institutions Processing family allowances, maternity, loss of earnings compensation Processing variable payroll data Active exchange within the team Your profile: Commercial basic training or equivalent training, further education as an HR Assistant Professional experience in the HR environment, preferably in healthcare Proficient use of MS-Office as well as good knowledge of social insurance Networked, holistic thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Service-oriented, communicative personality with high social competence Professional, confident appearance and very good German skills in speaking and writing Das Sanatorium Kilchberg is one of the most traditional private psychiatric clinics in Switzerland and looks back on an almost 160-year history.
