Your tasks

• You advise and support our customers by telephone and, if required, in the retail store.
• You are responsible for the sale of our assortment with a focus on tires as well as service and wear parts
• You ensure high customer satisfaction through the active sale of our sales activities and services and contribute to the achievement of our goals.
• You process inquiries, offers and customer complaints and undertake administrative work around our wide assortment and range of services.
• You record customer orders and returns.
• You ensure the flow of information between field service and internal departments.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training in the automotive industry, preferably as an Automobil-Fachmann/-frau, Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in or Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau.
• You have several years of professional experience in sales and preferably have commercial further training. Interest in automotive technology and technical understanding are indispensable.
• You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally with SAP.
• Competent and solution-oriented communication, persuasiveness and enthusiasm for sales characterize you.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in written and spoken German.
• Direct customer contact – personally as well as by telephone – gives you pleasure.
• You are willing to continuously develop yourself personally and professionally.
• With your positive charisma and your strong team spirit, you contribute to achieving goals together with colleagues.
