Main tasks

--Landscape construction

• Execution of garden and landscape construction work
• Creation and redesign of gardens and outdoor facilities
• Paving and natural stone work
• Creation of edges, paths, squares, and stairs
• Earthworks as well as preparation and modeling of surfaces
• Execution of surfacing and sub-base work
• Planting of plants, shrubs, and trees
• Sowing and care of lawn areas
• Working with machines and equipment in garden and landscape construction

--Garden maintenance

• Care of lawns and green spaces
• Cutting work on shrubs, hedges, and trees
• Care of perennial and planting areas
• Weed control and general maintenance work
• Leaf work and seasonal care
• Execution of plant protection and fertilization measures
• Cleaning and care of gardens and outdoor facilities
• Winter service and seasonal additional work

Machines and equipment

• Operation and care of machines and equipment
• Use of lawn mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.
• Operation of small machines and construction machinery after appropriate instruction
• Cleaning, inspection, and professional storage of working tools
• Reporting of defects and necessary maintenance

Requirements

• Completed training as a Landscaper EFZ or EBA is an advantage
• Professional experience in garden and landscape construction or garden maintenance
• Good physical condition and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to perform seasonal and weather-dependent work
• Driver's license category B is an advantage or rather mandatory
• Good German skills

• Careful handling of machines, tools, and vehicles
• Order and cleanliness on the construction site and at customer properties
• Independent work according to work orders and instructions

Cooperation

The landscaper works closely with the foreman, supervisor, site manager, as well as the other employees. For maintenance work, there is direct contact with customers and persons responsible for the property.

Place of work

Construction sites, garden facilities, and customer properties in the company's area of operation.

Ensuring professional, efficient, and high-quality execution of horticultural and maintenance work as well as a well-maintained appearance of the managed facilities.
