Customer Advisor / Customer Support in Technical Sales (m/f/d) 100%

An innovative Swiss technology company is looking for an initiative personality, effective immediately or by arrangement, for the buildup and expansion of the customer base in the field of mechanical engineering and engineering. Area of responsibility • Customer acquisition & support: Active new customer acquisition via telephone (cold calling) as well as support for the existing customer base in Switzerland. • Project planning & offers: Creation of technical concepts, calculations and offers according to customer requirements. • Interface function: Coordination of projects in cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as leading kick-off meetings. • Field service: Travel activity (approx. 30 to 40%) for on-site customer visits and participation in trade fairs. Qualifications • Education: Konstrukteur EFZ or a comparable mechanical-technical basic training. • Experience: Sound practice in mechanical engineering, concept development as well as in dealing with engineering customers. • Sales: Initial professional experience in sales and strong strength in proactive telephone acquisition. • Market relevance: Residence in Switzerland as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss market. • Further education: Verkaufsfachmann, Betriebstechniker HF or BSc in Betriebsökonomie is an advantage (also in training). • IT & languages: Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems as well as very good German and English skills.
