HR Business Partner (m/w/d) As HR Business Partner, you are the central point of contact for executives and employees in your area of responsibility and make an important contribution to the further development of the organisation. Your area of responsibility: -Consulting and support of executives and employees in all HR topics -Sparring partner for the line in personnel issues, change processes and conflict situations -Support and accompaniment of personnel development and organisational development measures -Consulting in labour and social insurance law issues -Participation in personnel planning as well as implementation and optimisation of HR processes -Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of suitable measures -Collaboration in cross-departmental HR projects Your profile: -Further education as HR specialist or studies with a focus on HR, business administration or psychology -Several years of experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable function -Experience in the areas of change management and organisational development -In-depth knowledge of labour and social insurance law -Consulting competence as well as experience in cooperation with executives -Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working -High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness -Proficient German language skills; French language skills an advantage -Team-oriented personality with a confident appearance and pronounced communication skills
