Head of Real Estate Sales – Member of the GL (100 %)

Your main tasks

• You are responsible, along with your team, for the professional marketing of real estate
• Responsible for the Sales and Appraisal teams
• Member of the management board
• Acquisition of sales orders, independent management of sales mandates
• Competent advice for our customers and conducting negotiations
• Qualitative and quantitative further development of the services and the department
• Creating budget, sales controlling, statistics and publication of articles
• Collaboration in projects

What you bring with you

• Experience in the sale of real estate, strong customer and sales orientation
• You know the market, work in a structured manner, are resilient, flexible and reliable
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, willingness to take on responsibility
• Negotiation and organizational skills, high service orientation
• High IT affinity, proficient in the use of modern communication and work tools
• Stylistically secure German, communicative
• Driver's license Cat. B, ideally own vehicle
• Good manners, confident and well-groomed appearance, enjoyment of contact with people
