We are recruiting for a human-sized, dynamic, and rapidly growing fiduciary firm, based in Estavayer-le-Lac.

We are recruiting for a human-sized, dynamic, and rapidly growing fiduciary firm, based in Estavayer-le-Lac.

As a Mandate Manager in a fiduciary, you will take charge of a client portfolio and support them with their accounting, tax, and administrative issues.

Your main missions:

-Ensure the complete bookkeeping and monitoring of your client portfolio's accounts.
-Participate in annual closings and the preparation of financial statements.
-Prepare VAT returns.
-Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities.
-Manage salaries, social security contributions, and various administrative procedures related to personnel.

Profile sought:

-Higher education in accounting, finance, or fiduciary: Federal diploma, Bachelor, diploma as a chartered accountant, fiduciary expert, or equivalent training, completed or in progress.
-Professional experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland or with a tax authority.
-Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, VAT, and payroll management.
-Ability to manage your mandates independently and in an organized manner.
