Tax Directory Specialist

You have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally and to accompany us on our way in a rapidly changing environment and to contribute actively: Tax Directory Specialist (80 - 100%) Within the overall department "Kompetenzzentrum Verarbeitung", you will be responsible as a specialist, among other things, for the smooth processing of day-to-day business in the field of tax reporting. You will gradually take over the internal bank management of tax production and are responsible for the control of the supplied tax reports. Regarding the upcoming topics MiKaDiv and FASTER, you will also be significantly involved in the implementation. Your main tasks Administration of tax directories (processing/answering inquiries/clarifications, orders). Management of tax production in close cooperation with the department head and the external service provider (control of tax directories, cooperation with service provider, rectification of production errors). Development of the internal bank implementation of MiKaDiv and FASTER in cooperation with the overall department, IT, and any external service providers. Your profile You have completed a commercial or equivalent basic training as well as several years of professional experience at a bank, preferably in the field of tax reporting. You are prepared to constantly familiarize yourself with the topics of tax directories as well as MiKaDiv/FASTER and enjoy taking on demanding tasks. A quick grasp, high resilience and commitment, as well as organizational flair characterize you. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are natural for you. You enjoy working with numbers and like to work independently, accurately, on schedule, and detail-oriented. You value interacting in a team and with people, are reliable, discreet, and committed. You speak and write German and English fluently, further language skills are an advantage. Workload: Due to seasonal fluctuations, an intensive period with a higher volume of hours awaits you in the first half of the year, while the working time in the second half of the year will be accordingly lower.
