What you achieve Collection of specific user needs and guarantee of their technical implementation mainly in the field of construction Involvement of the operating sites concerned by the project, planning and timely introduction of conversion measures Creation of the database of investment and construction costs as well as management and control of the documentation related to buildings and infrastructure Development of the technical specifications and descriptions of building and infrastructure equipment according to the standards in force concerning sustainability Preparation and realization of tenders for construction and infrastructure Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the fields of construction and infrastructure, monitoring of realization and cost evolution and realization of receptions Participation in the elaboration of company contracts and site monitoring sessions and representation of the owner's interests Site monitoring to respect the technical specifications Coordination of different experts in sustainable development to achieve the objectives What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Specialization: Master or Bachelor in architecture, civil engineering or ES technician in construction management with 5-10 years of experience Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing important and complex construction projects desired Systematic and structured working method, networked thinking, good priority definition and stress resistance Good knowledge of Office and SAP French (B2) German (B2) English (A2) What we offer you Flexible workplace/telework: Up to 2 days of telework possible Maternity/paternity leave: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave / 8 weeks of paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) Occupational pension: Complete coverage with the Migros pension fund - with first-class and attractive benefits Social benefits: 730 days of daily allowances in case of illness with full maintenance of net salary Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet at the staff restaurant for a maximum of CHF 7.- Cumulus points: Cumulus points are doubled on food products and quintupled on non-food items.
