Are real estate your passion? With us, you will take responsibility for a diverse portfolio, conduct contract negotiations with commercial and residential tenants, and maintain direct exchange with various stakeholders. In doing so, you will also represent Migros Aare in tenant associations and condominium owner meetings. What you move * You independently manage an assigned real estate portfolio and ensure professional management * You support leasing, conduct lease negotiations, create lease agreements and addenda, and process turnover rent statements * You manage tenancies of leased objects and coordinate cooperation between landlords, partner tenants, and owners * You prepare information and decision-making bases, thereby supporting informed decisions * You create service charge statements, ensure their quality, and keep to deadlines; you represent Migros Aare as owner, landlord, or tenant in tenant associations and condominium owner meetings * You are responsible for annual budget planning and perform monthly closing controlling * You participate in renovation and refurbishment projects and accompany their implementation from the perspective of real estate management What you bring * Education: Completed basic or further education * Specialization: as a commercial employee with further training in real estate management * Professional experience: Professional experience in the field of real estate management * Thanks to your calm and deliberate manner, you maintain an overview even in complex and hectic situations * With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you convince different stakeholders and maintain a partnership-based cooperation * You convince through your talent in building and maintaining sustainable relationships * Even under high workloads, you work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner * Team spirit, commitment, and cooperative collaboration characterize you * You possess a category B driver's license * German (C1) Only online applications via the application portal will be considered.
