• 18 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Lausanne One of our clients, a recognized and reputable player in the region, has mandated us to search for: Engineer - RMO • You hold a HES, EPF engineering degree or a training deemed equivalent. • You have solid experience in the management of technical teams and the conduct of construction projects. • You master the operational and financial management of infrastructure projects or technical equipment. • You possess good knowledge of the standards, directives and procedures applicable to the fields of engineering and construction. • You have excellent analytical, organizational, coordination and communication skills, with a minimum French level of B2. • You lead an engineering team by ensuring the organization, coordination and monitoring of activities. • You define needs, plan investments and contribute to the strategic directions of infrastructure and equipment. • You ensure the project management of engineering and construction projects, from their design to their commissioning. • You guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives and the financial monitoring of operations. • You promote innovation, continuous improvement and collaboration with the operations teams and stakeholders.
