Your activities ### You are responsible for the professional planning as well as execution of projects in the construction industry. The focal points of your area of activity include: Planning and execution of technical insulation work in the field of building services engineering or fire protection Cost, schedule, and quality controls Calculation of offers and support of orders up to their billing Administrative support Direct customer care Leadership tasks (assembly personnel) Your profile ### You work in the heating, ventilation, sanitary, or sheet metal industries. You are the extended arm of the entrepreneur in the company as well as on the construction site and ensure an orderly project process. In addition, you have deadlines under control, make decisions within your financial competencies, and lead the team to success as active communicators. Knowledge ### You have a degree from a university of applied sciences (FH or HTL) in the field of building services engineering (HLKKS) or technician HF and bring practical experience in the planning, tendering, and construction site supervision of complex projects.
