• 29 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Bern Take on responsibilities in complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings and contribute actively to the liquidation of financial institutions. ### Main tasks • Draft decisions in insolvency matters and represent requests before decision-making bodies. • Independently evaluate requests for recognition of foreign bankruptcy judgments and insolvency measures. • Analyze and evaluate contingency and stabilization plans as well as authorization requests relating to capital market instruments. • Independently clarify complex legal issues in the field of recovery and resolution. • Participate in legislative projects and specialized publications. • Collaborate with supervisory areas and internal cross-functional functions. Required profile • Master in law (Swiss university) with bar exam; additional qualifications (e.g., doctorate, LL.M.) are an asset. • Three to five years of professional experience in insolvency law, in restructurings or in banking/financial markets law. • Interest in issues and developments in financial markets law. • Great autonomy, solid analytical skills and networked thinking. • Confidence in relationships and pleasure in working in interdisciplinary contexts. • Perfect command of German or French (C2 level) with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual FR/DE preferred) as well as very good knowledge of English (C1 level); proficiency in Italian is an asset.
