Cook

The employer is looking for a: cook (reported profession) Tasks: • prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards • select, check and prepare necessary ingredients • organize and manage one's own workstation • respect hygiene and sanitary regulations (HACCP) and food safety • correctly store food and products • manage stocks and report supply needs Requirements: • CFC certificate as a Cook • certified experience in similar types of cuisine (canteens, catering, hospitals etc...) • aptitude for teamwork • strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships • consistency in performance and physical endurance • at least basic knowledge of a second national language • possession of the cantonal operating diploma (type 1 certificate) constitutes a preferential qualification • knowledge of Italian (C1), German (A1) and French (A1) Employment details: • workplace Morbio Inferiore • occupation from 80 - 100% • employment by prior agreement, permanent • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work • salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector Only applications submitted online via the appropriate portal will be considered.
