Nestled on a hill in the heart of the Geneva vineyard, Domaine de Châteauvieux is located in Satigny (canton of Geneva), the largest wine-growing commune in Switzerland.

This former wine farm, dating from the 16th century, has managed to preserve its charm of yesteryear. 12 rooms and 1 suite, all decorated with elegance and refinement, benefit from a magnificent view of the vineyards, the Rhône or the mountains.

The gastronomic restaurant, rated 19/20 by Gault Millau, is orchestrated by Philippe Chevrier and Damien Coche.

To complete our team, we are looking for a

Chef de partie and Demi-Chef de Partie M/F

Required skills:

• Knowledge and mastery of culinary techniques
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene (HACCP) and food safety rules
• Excellent knowledge of products and the use of kitchen equipment
• Apply dish presentation standards
• Work in correlation with the front-of-house teams

Job description:

You are under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine as well as the Sous Chefs and you must:

• Carry out, coordinate and manage in an autonomous and rational manner all operations of your station necessary for the mise en place, preparation and plating of dishes within the technical and aesthetic standards of the establishment.
• Help to evaluate supply needs and manage stocks and orders
• Respect HACCP and safety standards

Your profile:

• CFC in cooking or deemed equivalent
• Experience in a starred establishment
• You are motivated, have a sharp sense of organization and teamwork
• Flexibility and speed of execution
• Good organization, creativity
