On behalf of one of our clients in the Riviera-Chablais region, we are looking for an Assistant in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) at 100%.

Your mission

• Ensure basic care and delegated medico-technical acts in compliance with good professional practices.
• Accompany residents in daily life activities by promoting their autonomy and well-being.
• Observe the physical and mental health status of beneficiaries and transmit relevant information to the nursing team.
• Participate in the development, monitoring, and adaptation of individualized support projects.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee quality care.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and caring environment for residents and their loved ones.
• Actively participate in the continuity and improvement of care services.

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC as ASSC or a recognized equivalent diploma in Switzerland.
• Proven experience in care.
• Experience in adult psychiatry is a real asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening, and empathy.
• Ability to manage complex situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and autonomy in work.
• Good command of spoken and written French.
