Service Technician in the Geneva, Lausanne and Fribourg region

Your main tasks

You will primarily work with our customers in French-speaking Switzerland, with a particular focus on the Lake Geneva region. You will be responsible for the maintenance of our equipment at our customers' premises. You will be the on-site contact person and will assist customers competently in their daily activities by answering their technical questions. You will analyze customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure quality technical support.

• Overhauls and inspections of equipment
• Troubleshooting
• Commissioning of our product ranges, such as PNEUMATEX expansion vessels and VENTO degassers
• Assistance with internal inspections
• Support for sales teams by providing advice to installers and end customers
• Participation in the on-call service according to schedule

Your profile

• Technical training as a sanitary installer, heating installer, electrician or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of the sector is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of French, knowledge of English and German desired
• Solution-oriented personality, with good practical sense and with the goal of satisfying the customer
• Great flexibility and good team spirit
• Ideally residing in the Lausanne region to facilitate regular travel to our customers in French-speaking Switzerland
