The Service des écoles et du parascolaire (SEP) of the Ville de Lausanne manages 15 educational establishments. In order to ensure the management of 37 school and extracurricular conciergeries, we are looking for a committed professional. In close collaboration with the concierges and the extracurricular management, you will contribute to a coherent management of the educational infrastructures of the Ville.

Main mission(s) ###

Supervise 37 concierge teams and the depot team, ensuring a clear distribution of responsibilities and promoting collaboration

Optimize the organizational and operational functioning of the teams

Guarantee quality standards regarding school and extracurricular conciergeries

Ensure the efficient management of the service's equipment depot

Supervise and ensure the continuous training of the teams

Profile ###

CFC as an exploitation agent or a title deemed equivalent

Federal diploma of concierge or a title deemed equivalent

Additional training in management, desired

10 years of professional experience in the field of concierge services and building maintenance

Sense of interpersonal skills and ease in relationships

Very good knowledge of IT tools

Special conditions ###

Driver's license (cat. B)

Clean criminal record
