Your tasks at the new employer

• In production controlling, you analyze direct as well as indirect manufacturing costs, thereby creating a sound basis for profitability, efficiency, and economic decisions
• You systematically investigate deviations between planned and actual costs and develop effective measures from them for the sustainable optimization of cost structures
• Together with the operational specialist departments, you create production budgets, update cost forecasts, and accompany financial planning along current production developments
• You further develop meaningful KPIs, monthly financial reports, and modern management reports, thereby increasing transparency regarding costs and industrial performance
• Additionally, you evaluate investments from an economic perspective and, as an SAP Key User or BI specialist, drive the further development of digital controlling instruments

You offer your new employer

• Ideally, you have a business administration degree at University, FH, or HF level, further training in accounting and controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience of at least five years in accounting or controlling within a production environment complements your sound understanding of cost accounting and industrial financial processes
• You also bring sound knowledge in Excel, SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, BI tools, and data modeling, as well as good to very good German and French skills, whereby you have at least B2 level in the second language
• Personally, you convince with analytical thinking, enjoyment of details, initiative, a solution-oriented way of working, and uncomplicated interaction with various contact persons
