Your tasks: The operative management of the nursing team in your region (approx. 20 people); The active promotion of team development as well as ensuring the professional and customer-oriented provision of our services; Contact person for employees, customers, relatives and doctors; Workplace accompaniments and qualification discussions; Leading team meetings and case discussions; The further development of nursing quality, the internal process organization and the ensuring of customer satisfaction; Active participation in nursing with taking over case management and regular day/evening responsibility.
