Your main tasks Analyze, test and process requests with precision Advise and assist clients regarding the applications used in pharmacies Implement new solutions Train, internally or externally, future users on new applications and accompany them during the first uses Guarantee a professional, efficient and quality service to our clients Your profile Holder of a CFC as a pharmacy assistant Proven experience in the use of the Tactil application (Front and Backoffice) A good command of Italian or German would be an asset Capacity for analysis and synthesis Good management of stress and priorities Ability to listen and perceive client needs Team spirit Workplace: Neuenegg Start date: immediately or to be agreed Activity rate: 100% Want to join a motivated team and integrate into a group with recognized competence?
