We are looking for a Nurse in the Pool at 100% Key information about the position: Reference: CLS/RH/2026\.771 / Contract type: Permanent Contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday in 12 hours (7h00\-20h00 / 19h30\-7h30) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu\-Jomini") Why do we need you? As a Nurse within the Pool, you will intervene in support of the medicine and surgery units according to the needs of the institution. This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, provides the opportunity to leverage varied nursing expertise in a dynamic environment, and offers stimulating professional practice on a daily basis. What will you be required to do? Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the computerized patient file Strictly apply hygiene, asepsis, and safety rules Quickly integrate into the teams of the services in which you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalism Who will you work with? The team consists of 10 collaborators. Their strength lies in being a united team with a common sense of values. Working each in different units, they always enjoy meeting during break times. What do we expect from you? The essentials: Nursing degree or equivalent title recognized by the Croix-Rouge Suisse Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting Solid skills in general care, in both medicine and surgery Excellent adaptation skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility Rigor, organization, and effective stress management in a dynamic environment Your assets: Confirmed ease in working within multidisciplinary teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and colleagues Versatility and flexibility allowing for rapid integration within the different services Strong motivation to take on the varied challenges inherent in working in a Pool Why choose the Clinique de La Source?
