Spitex Nursing Management Basel Job Description For our newly founded Spitex Seel Haus GmbH, we are looking for an experienced nursing manager who will support us with heart in the establishment of a modern and future-oriented company. Nursing Management 20-40% (expansion of the workload possible following business development) Working hours 9-17, Monday - Friday, flexible (home office possible for administration) In this responsible function, the opportunity arises to actively participate in the development of the Spitex and make an important contribution to high nursing quality. We are looking for a specialist who combines leadership competence with joy in direct work with clients and brings both organizational skill and communicative strength. In this versatile function, you are part of a collegial, dynamic team and, as a competent specialist, you also undertake the support/coaching of the family caregivers (PA), who handle the care/nursing of the clients on site. You participate in case management, are on site for needs assessments, and support the PA with regular visits to clients and in their training/instruction. You support the case documentation and ensure optimal client care as well as the provision of nursing services. As a communicative personality, active cooperation and the exchange of information are also important to you. Our Spitex Seel Haus GmbH has set itself the goal of offering all services related to nursing completely according to the needs of our customers.
