CDI - 100% rate - Daytime hours Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### • Perform manual polishing, sharpening and felt preparation operations • Ensure complete finishes on conventional machines in watch casing • Prepare surfaces and carry out necessary repairs before finishing • Intervene occasionally on simple robotized CNC machines for certain operations • Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks on components • Define polishing ranges and participate in specific tooling / fittings • Contribute to continuous improvement and monitor daily production indicators Benefits • Join a leading company • A healthy and stimulating environment • Good conditions Profile ### • Training as a polisher or finisher in watch casing or equivalent • Proven experience in manual polishing and watch finishes • Good dexterity, aesthetic sense, rigor, autonomy and attention to detail • CNC knowledge appreciated; the dual competence manual polishing / CNC is a strong asset Polisher/Finisher in watch casing (M/F) / Fixed
