September 2026 or by arrangement Responsible for Facility Management 90% (m/f/d) # Your tasks ## • Responsible for the restoration and maintenance of the buildings as well as the surroundings • Key management • Control and maintenance of medical equipment (beds, walkers etc.) • Execution of small repairs and maintenance work • Responsibility for apartment acceptances/handovers • Cross-departmental support for smooth organization • Coordinating craftsmen / work What you bring with you ## • completed training as Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ • several years of professional experience in facility management  • knowledge in handling Office  • Driver's license category B (on-call services) • good communication skills and the ability for effective interdisciplinary cooperation with external service providers • You are diplomatic, discreet and have a good sense for elderly people • You master the German language securely in spoken and written form.
