Manager of hydroelectric facilities =================================================== Workplace: Le Châtelard-Village, Nant de Drance plant Your mission: --------------- With a team of more than 25 people, you ensure the management of the assigned facilities, guaranteeing optimal and efficient operation in compliance with the company's certifications and good relations with the outside. Your responsibilities: ---------------------- * Guarantee the safety of people, property and the environment, as well as compliance with safety directives and measures * Ensure project management and their realization in compliance with costs, deadlines and quality * Manage and develop the personnel of the Hydroelectric Operation Group (GEH) * Organize the work by ensuring optimal occupation of employees * Operate and maintain the assigned production and distribution facilities, in compliance with budgetary provisions and production and performance objectives * Propose operating and investment budgets Your skills: ------------------ * CFC as an electrician, automation technician, mechanic or equivalent trade, with a federal diploma as a maintenance manager or HES engineer in the mentioned fields * Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of hydroelectric production or in industry, in a similar function * Confirmed experience in personnel management * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to master emergency situations and workload fluctuations * Very good mastery of IT tools We offer attractive working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by corporate values.
