… You always have control: coordination, control and leadership of the contractors.

You should be able to tick one or all of the following boxes:

• Enthusiasm for construction and brilliant projects.
• Completed training as a draughtsman/draughtswoman with further training as a construction manager, structural engineer TS, architect FH or equivalent training.
• Experience as a construction manager (or enough drive to do so).
• Communicative personality and high social competence.
• Independent way of working, resilient, solution-oriented thinking.
• The will to have fun at work!
