As an HR Generalist (100%), you play an important role in designing our HR processes efficiently and supporting our team with your expertise. What you can look forward to: ## • You are the first point of contact for all administrative HR matters and support the team in all processes. • You help with the coordination and implementation of recruitment activities, from the job advertisement to interview preparation with supervisors and contract drafting. • You contribute your affinity for numbers and support the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll. • From creating employment references to other personnel-related documents - you always keep an overview. What you bring with you: ## • You have successfully completed a basic commercial training and already have experience in HR administration. Further training as an HR Assistant is desired. • Your German is fluent, you have a very good command of English and bring good French skills so that you can also support and recruit our employees in Romandie. • You feel confident in dealing with numbers. • As an open-minded personality, you enjoy working in a team and, with a positive attitude, you contribute to our success as a team. • You go the extra mile, feel driven by change, and with your excellent administration and multitasking skills, you can dance at different weddings without losing track.
