Living Specialist (m/f/d) 60-80% The Stiftung zur Palme in Pfäffikon ZH employs and accompanies adults with predominantly cognitive impairments. At various locations in Pfäffikon ZH, we offer a total of around 100 residential places. While new living space is being built at our main location directly at the train station in Pfäffikon, 28 residents will continue to live until November 2026 in an idyllicly located provisional facility «Waldfrieden» above the municipality. The daycare offering for the residents is also located at the same site. We offer our support 365 days a year. Effective immediately, we are looking for a motivated, resilient personality trained in the social sector, with a high degree of independence and flexibility, who is an important point of contact for the residents in Waldfrieden and offers reliable support. LIVING SPECIALIST (m/f/d) 60-80% Your tasks: Together with your future colleagues, you will accompany the residents of our living offer in Waldfrieden in all life situations and undertake key worker duties. You will work in a multi-professional team of specialists (approx. 15.5 FTE). The working hours are oriented towards the support needs of the residents and are planned so that they are also attractive for you as a specialist. Nights are covered by our night standby team; split shifts are an exception. You are interested in participating in the new and/or further development of our concepts in the area of living and you contribute significantly to aligning their contents with the needs of the residents and the «palme». Your profile: You have a successfully completed social/special education training (Sozpäd. HF/FH, FABE, Sozialbegleiter:in). In your professional activity, adults with cognitive impairments have played a significant role. You are familiar with their special needs and have been valued both by residents as well as specialists and other stakeholders for your expertise and as a person. You have the ability to think in networks. You are looking for an interesting, demanding and guaranteed varied activity, with a lot of responsibility and creative freedom, and it is important to you that your team acts loyally, has a lot of self-determination and takes responsibility for it. You succeed in good interdisciplinary cooperation - within the team and with other internal and external partners. You value open, appreciative and constructive communication and can communicate orally and in writing in German, have user knowledge of MS-Office and hold a category B driver's license.
