Nursing Service Manager 80-100% - Spitex #

Your tasks ##

• You take over the technical and personnel leadership of our Spitex nursing team with approx. 40 employees.
• You are responsible for care planning and needs assessment on-site to ensure the best possible care.
• You conduct technical support of employees directly at the customers' homes and serve as a contact person for customers, authorities, and referrers.
• You ensure correct service recording and promote the professional development of your team through coaching and instruction.
• You work both in the office and directly at the customers' homes and are involved on-site during Spitex assignments.
• You pay attention to economic efficiency and ensure that the Spitex area is optimally organized.
• You contribute actively to the further development of care quality and the location and promote internal and external networks for strong, professional cooperation.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed tertiary education as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Knowledge and experience in the field of leadership with targeted development of the team
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care or great interest in this area
• Profound RAI-/interRAI HomeCare knowledge (InterRAI-HC further training an advantage)
• Confident handling of digital work tools, ideally including Perigon
• Independent, pragmatic decision-making ability as well as a quality- and responsibility-conscious way of working
• Flexible, team-oriented personality with high adaptability
• High social and communicative competence in respectful and solution-oriented interaction with customers, authorities, referrers, and employees
• Dynamic leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, and positive charisma
• Resilient, organizationally skilled, and reflective way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, including CH-German dialect
• Resident in the region as well as driver's license category B
