YOUR AREA OF EFFECT

• Shared responsibility for needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Competent and individual nursing as well as care of our patients taking into account the nursing mission statement
• Independent working in a tandem
• Accompanying trainees and interns in everyday professional life as a daily contact person
• Forwarding observations, measures as well as changes in patients to the responsible qualified nurse

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ)
• Corresponding recognition from the SRK for foreign diplomas

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute care hospital desirable

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to work in a team and ability to instruct employees
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
