In doing so, you work closely with various internal departments and actively contribute your ideas; then strengthen our finance team in Rümlang ZH.

What there is to do:

• You support the colleagues in invoicing and create interim, partial, and final invoices
• You post accounts payable and support the creation of the payment run
• As a contact person, you process questions regarding invoicing and coordinate the finance inbox
• You maintain customer and address data in the CRM system and record relevant customer concerns
• Participation in the dunning process
• In addition, you contribute actively to the optimization of processes and workflows

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial vocational training or business school
• You already bring a few years of experience in a finance department
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• High customer, service, and quality orientation
• Initiative as well as enjoyment of responsibility and co-creation
• Enjoyment of working with different internal and external contact persons
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language, French skills are an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills, Abacus skills are a plus
